the road from Sa pa towards Than Uyen leads theroug endless fields of tea. The road is smooth and winds through beautiful landscapes dotted with the national flag to provide some contrast.

Hello Gerrit, No photographer's note. Now it is a good road, one could say a highway :). It looks like rice terraces but it is something else. Nice Vietnamese flags.

Hallo Gerrit, that region contains tea estates on both sides of the road. The red national flags with the yellow star are well included. The pov provides a good depth. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.

Hello Gerrit,
This is so different from your previous photograph! Here, the land seems almost 'tamed' with tea terraces covering the hills and the road, nicely surfaced. The road creates a most effective lead into the scene and, along with the telegraph posts, creates a fine sense of perspective.
Are the people of Vietnam very nationalistic?
It seems unusual to see so many flags along a roadside in a quite rural area.

This rural scene is full of lively colours and obviously a feature that has really worked here for the shot. The sweeping road lends a nice lead in and the tiny fig has somehow clicked the eye as a strong hooking point. Nice grab from good orientation. Congrats
