I met this gentlest of gentle monks at the Wat (Temple) Bowonniwetwiharn Ratchaworawiharn in Bangkok, and in some ways he seemed a reflection of the buddha on the altar behind him.

Hi Ryno,
Beauty is in the details, and I think that this portrait is interesting mainly because of what you’ve mentionned concerning Buddha. Once you see it, you can’t imagine otherwise and it’s true that this monk seems to be the echo of the statue.

I like your picture, even this guy possed for thsi picture, the buda behind of him makes a interesting this picture, in some way the color of the buda and the dres of this monk match, is a good picture.
