Another portrait shot at the King Rama IX birthday celebrations on December the 5th 2009...
This young dancer was just gazing while awaiting her turn onstage... I took two pictures, this one and another with an empty background... I preferred to post this one.
Un autre portrait fait lors des célébrations de l'anniversaire du Roi de Thaïlande, Rama IX.
Cette jeune danseuse était perdue dans ses pensées en attendant son tour sur scène...
J'ai fait deux photos, celle ci, et une autre avec le fond sans personne... J'ai préféré la première...

Hello Laurent,
The clarity of this shot is just amazing. Perfect DOF and incredible detail.
But it is your choice of framing, and its life size affect, that really makes this shot so special.
After enjoying the photo, we are left to wonder what she was gazing at or thinking about.

Rêveuse ou plutôt très concentrée sur les pas de danse qu'elle aura a effectué. Une belle mise au point sur ce visage, j'aime beaucoup le piqué de l'image et la douceur de la lumière qui met bien en valeur cette jeune fille. Beau travail, merci Laurent.

Excellent piqué pour donner de l'expression à ce visage et ce regard attentif, la lumière est parfaite et le cadrage bien vu avec en fond cette autre personne floue qui laisse imaginer la coiffure peut être identique ce ce portrait serré en premier plan.
