Photographer's Note
This was taken at dusk near my house in Korea. It is a little dark but I like it that way because it brings out the mountain in the back ground and the sort of "blue-feeling" and colour, not just the detail on the roof top.
What I did was after receiving the prints back from this shot where none of the levels or anything was touched it just looked flat and boring, not the shot that I was looking at in my view finder, so I dropped the levels down and then adjusted the hue/sat to bring out the mountain that was almost non-existant in the print.

I don't know if you changed the blue-colors, but I like very much your picture with the differents tones of blus. Bravo

The similar shapes of the mountain and the tree create balance and harmony in this image. Whilst the roof is dark it creates a good "base" for the photo. The blueness add the right mood to this picture.
