Chinese opera in Singapore? Are you kidding?
Chinese opera was very popular in northern part of China (Mainly in Beijing). But young generation doesn't care anymore. This form of art is dying in China.
PS: I'm not even sure my critiques to your pictures are welcomed. Give it a try.

this is an exquisite portrait. I like very much how your tight framing focuses mainly on the eyes and expression of your subject while the surrounding details still give us a good idea of the alluring costume. The textures and the colours are fantastic, they reflect or absorb the light and the shadows in a very atmospheric way. The glint in the actress' eyes is captivating, her character must have a rich and turbulent background and we'll always be intrigued to know whether there's also a reflection of her own personality there. Superb work, congratulations and thank you!
