Photographer's Note
Bielucha (White Mountain),4506 m high, is the highest peak of Siberia.
It's a sacred mountain for local people - it's alsa believed that there exists direct energetical connection from Bielucha to Mount Everest!
One man that we met in russian train said that even looking at Bielucha picture allows the viewer obtain some of its misterious energy. So look!

Very nice composition. It is a pity that the foreground is a bit dark but I understand that this picture is a bit difficult to get with so much light at the mountain and the sky. Maybe, a polarizer filter would get the ideal effect. Anyway, a picture I would like to have done ...
Congratulations ..

"One man that we met in russian train said that even looking at Bielucha picture allows the viewer obtain some of its misterious energy".I don't know if it is true, but for sure those mountains gave "some of its mysterious energy" to your picture. Thanks for sharing the picture and the legend about those mountains.Very well done!

What a great landscape. I love the contrast between the snow covered peaks in sun and the exposed rock areas in shade in the foreground. I love that there isn't much to scale by in this photo, except those trees on the near ridge. And they really hint at the huge size of this landscape. I also love this winding "path" up the center of the photo to lead me into it. Great job.

(ps.did you oversharpen it ? I am not sure with this screen though, but there are white lines around the dark mountains, dark lines around the white..)

Stunning view Antoni and you've captured it with great clarity and sharpness. I like the darker foreground leading to the brilliance of the snow-covered mountains against the blue sky. Beautiful shot.

Wow - what a landscape - what a capture - and I would say, hes right theres energy in this fine image - thanks for sharing Antoni.
I think its the dark foreground and the fine light/shadow on the mountain which makes this photo so uniqe - a favorite.

Excellent comopistion here, all the lines are in the right places. Perfect exposure as well, even if foreground is a shade dark. I think a touch oversharpened, but only a tiny ammount. Beautiful picture anyway
cheers, David
