Hello Irena,
A nice picture of a fine and just slightly faded old building at a quiet corner. The house is nicely framed by the trees. Although we can't really see the street, the obviously well shaded pavements seem to be ideal for an evening stroll in summer. I am a bit surprised by what you tell us about the name of the street. I would have expected it to be "formerly Lenin Street".
