It is a pine, the shores of Karelia lakes are covered with. A strong straight tree that finds the strength to fight with the hard northern life conditions.
And this is how the night in Karelia in July looks. The sun goes down, but only for a couple of hours. And it isn't dark at all.

great photo, good sunset colours in both the sky and the water. the diagonal pink stripe running almost paralell with the far shoreline, along with the highlights on the water.
the deep tones in te sky are well captured. the addition of the silohetted fir tree makes the the composition. great shot, chris

You have a nice series of tranquil lake views. This has very nice sunset colours near the horizon. And the pine branch is well placed covering part of sky with less features.

this is really a beautiful image, loos so serene! Not overly busy composition, that΄s what I like. Simple, but great, these branches on the left are so important for the overall balance of the composition and the whole color palette is just lovely. From blue to red, to orange to purple, everything there. Great one!

perfect photo ... I'm more a lot of your work and it is interesting how many motifs are similar or even the same picture - oil on canvas painted by my wife ... I wonder how this is possible ...
