I am usually disappointed with sunsets during trips because I watch every one in my town and usually they are much better.
When the sun begun its show there was so many clouds in the sky and suddenly a crowd of Chinese tourists arrived. I choose to post this image with the seagull, it was the more interesting.

Geralmente fico decepcionado com os ocasos durante as viagens jα que eu assisto cada um em minha cidade e eles sγo muito mais bonitos na maioria das vezes.
Quando o sol comeηou seu show havia muitas nuvens e uma multidγo de turistas chineses invadiu o local. Escolhi mostrar essa foto em que aparece uma gaivota, achei essa a imagem mais bonita.

Hello Jorge,
No sunset with bright colours, but the beautiful bronze colours that determine the composition in different shades make this photo special.
The gull on the water is a nice bonus.

No sunset but this is beautiful in its own, unique way!
The composition of bronze sky and bronze sea, each with its own textured effect, is very well presented.
The silhouetted land and the silhouetted gull, are the the features which create the depth.

Hello Jorge,
It's a nice and almost minimalistic composition. There are basically three features and three tones of sepia. I like the elegant simplicity and the beautiful reflections in the water.

One of those images that just wont leave you alone. The tones with the isolated gull in the sea of yellow keeps bringing me back. I do have a penchant for yellow you know. Nice capture.

Hello Jorge, Maybe this place is not for sunsets. I liked sunrise on the Shaman Rock very much. Beautiful view of this lone seagull. Charming colour. Nice silhouette of the small island.

Hi Jorge,
I know what you mean. Too often you see a wonderful sunset or sunrise when you are in rush of going to work etc but when you intend to capture one, especially being in a nice spot, it is not happening. It requires a lot of persistence and good luck.
A nice composition here with the fragment of the coast in the foreground and also more shapes in the distance. The seagull adds some life to the scene.

Hi Jorge,
I think you are right, the sunset probably was not so special as the sun goes down behind mountains. But these uniform late afternoon tones look lovely. Reflections of sunshine on water against relatively dark terrain look really good. And that seagull is perfectly placed.
