Sooooooo cute Sibug,
You did good touch of blurring effect,
and yellowish filter gives the bright look for image,
I really love this image,
the only thing you missed is cropping,
cropping the grey color on top and bottom.

blurry effect makes it more effective here cause cry is blurry in fact..
