Photographer's Note
Every time I visit the Philippines, I always go to Calayo Village by Calayo Bay, Batangas, Philippines. Calayo is only 3 hours drive south of Manila. In the picture are the village children out on the beach to play at about 8:00 AM. The whole beach that borders the bay is their playground, the stones, the sand, the leaves of coconut trees, the coconut husk and sea shells are their toys. It is an unspoiled place and I hope it stays that way. I took this picture from the second floor deck of the house I stayed in. I will be uploading several of these village children at play. I will be adding other pictures of the village children tomorrow.

There is something I like very much about this photo. Maybe because it has its own feeling, the smiles of the girls or their yellow clothes contrasting with the rest of the shot. Very nice and warm picture.

They are uniform. These kids photo is interesting, showing us happy feeling. Nice compostion and great, their shadows are also included. I don't know what dis you say to them to make they smile but it is good when you interact with your subject. Happy feeling.
