Photographer's Note
This picture was taken after a challenging crossing of the fast Kali Gandaki river by 4wheeler on the way from Jomsom to Muktinath Monastery.
This is the place where my journey actually ended due to multiple land and snow slides, couldn't continue to the monastery.
If you undertake this trip, you are solely at the mercy of mother nature...and at the mercy of really bad people, like the (son of) Majesty hotel`s manager in Jomsom who tries to rip you off as much as possible if you are crazy enough to rent his 4wheeler.
But the Lower Mustang landscape is really beautiful.
PS: The April 2015 earthquake has affected many buildings here.

Hello Peter, another beautiful scene from Nepal.Your high point of view and excellent depth of field enable us to see so much of this wonderful landscape.
The snow defines all the features.The whole scene is quite 3 dimensional.The cloudy blue sky complements your shot.
