A beautiful shot to celebrate post 800, Patrick - the flare of the sun simply couldn't have been better placed, running parallel to the net and pointing right at the fisherman, who appears in beautiful silhouette against a misty, golden BG. Beautifully taken.

Center-stage for you and the boatman. I love how the sun rays light the front of his shirt. The light is management really well here, to keep the details and the golden hue.

Very deserving of all the accolades, this is a beautiful submission for a milestone such as this. Félicitations! The ray of sunlight along with the golden tones is brilliant. I love the extremely subtle touch of light on the face of this silhouetted person, that small detail is my favorite aspect of this photo. Striking image. Bravo!

The strong backlight creates a nice effect, but most I like the pastel pinkish tone which actually makes this scene unique

Superb imagery so very well composed and captured the detail and those wonderful hues and tones throughout are stunning. What's so remarkable about this image, is the way it benefits from rather than suffers from the sun ray, it's a foreground - the silhoutted fisherman made in heaven, of course but the detail and stillness throughout the scene seem to me to be enhanced by the beaming of light that look as if hitting on the subject and together make this a very striking image. Another of your quality shot. Congrats.

Une scène très intéressante en contre jour
Attention : Avec une focale de 70 mm tu risques de brûler le capteur de ton appareil avec le soleil inclus, c'est un effet de loupe. Dans ce cas il faut utiliser une courte focale de 28 mm
Je pense qu'il aurait fallu sous exposer de -1 EV
