Photographer's Note

Here is Lake Kawaguchiko, and the background is Mt.fuji.
There were few visitors in this day, the surface of the water in the lake is so calm, trees were changing slim and found some sparrows sitting on branch.
Mt.fuji now is covered by snow until about fifth combination of mountain.
Here(Kawaguchiko) is the most easily accessible of the Fuji Five Lakes(Yamanakako, Kawaguchiko, Saiko and Motosuko).

(P.S)
Mt.Fuji is a typical stratovolcano(Konide), and it has a ridge line that is peculiar to this kind of volcano and beautiful.
Mt.Fuji is poorer than other high mountains of Japan in the vegetation such as alpine plants though the altitude is high.
The reason for Mt.Fuji is that the ecosystem of the mountain was destroyed because a large-scale eruption repeated from the top of a mountain after the the last glacial period ends in this. It is moreover because going into of the plant from other mountain ranges was delayed, and because it is an independent peak.
The Pinus pumila belt is lacked in Mt. Fuji, and the larch woods has extended to the substitution in the forest.
