Photographer's Note
Olivier Charlot (Olrik) brought me back to this image.
Imagine this: you wake up at that place in the entire milky way where you want to wake up. Outside awaits an new episode that you know you'll love.
You pull away the curtain and open the window and see this image here. At the rise of the sun, your senses open up like they never did before. It's quiet but whats that sound? Whats that feeling? You see, hear, smell, feel and taste brand new things. My most intense sunrise ever.
That person that is in control of our happinness, whats her name? That morning she gave me everything she had. I still have some left.
Where do you want to wake up tomorrow morning?

Hi Gilbert,
With this picture, I can remember the noises of the street, the elevator, the smell of the rooms and the corridors, the machines with free green tea near the stairs, etc. Definitly not the best hotel in Tokyo, but for me this is THE hotel in Tokyo because he was the first and assiocated with the happiness I felt during my very first day in Japan. I remember this strange sensation when I went from the Minami Senju station (after a ride in train and metro from Narita) for going to the Juyoh. I thought : "I'm walking in a street of Tokyo ! Is it really for real ?".
I think that each time I'll go there, I'll continue to spend some nights in this hotel.
Nice to see that we have some memories in common.
Olivioer.
