Photographer's Note
Presenting a Panoramic format of the view from Dzongri Top(4200 Mts) while on way to goechala..!! Dzongri can be reached by a two days knee jerking trek from Yuksom via Tsoka and Phedang..!! next morning a normal stroll of 45 min will take you to Dzongri top and this view is waiting to greet you..!!!
Peaks visible from here are,Kabru north(7338 mts),Kabru south(7117 mts),kabru dome(6600mts),raktong(6679 mts),koktang(6147 mts),sangri(5300 mts) and rinok(4800 mts).Two peaks in the front are Kabur(4800 mts) a black peak which is so sacred that no one even allowed to step on it..and above everybody looms Mt.kanchandzonga at8586 Mts)..!!
This is a manual stitch of 4 shots takn with a manual SLR camera and then scanned and PP done in photoshop..!!!

Hello Indranil,
A spectacular photo on so many levels, the clear weather shows us the peaks in their full glory. The sight is magnificent. The extreme length of the panorama was an inventive choice. The sharpness has been considered very well in this photo; it is accurate proves to be an ideal representation. The saturation is quite good also, very natural and pleasant. Thanks for this post; I hope to see the Indian highlands for myself someday!

This is something very special.You have done extremely well here in stiching the 4 shots.Excellent PP work.This is some view for which one would prefer to die!!!Lovely lovely shot.Probably the best pano shot of "K" I have seen.Adding to my fav list.

What a wonderful and clear sight!
The mountains just look magnificient and you presented them beautifully in this panorama.
I like the contrast between the ice and snow covered mountains in the back to the brownish ones in the front.
