Photographer's Note
On the way to Kodai, once we started climbing, the road seemed to be cutting through a thick forest of vines. Each tree seemed to have a thousand limbs reaching down to the earth, all gnarled and entangled. This one was particularly fascinating for its likeness to a hangman's noose.
Post pro: Color saturation, contrast, resized, sharpened, added border.

The "instinctive" geometry of nature remains a constant source of wonder, doesn't it? Anyway, this is what your successful composition evoques in shades of green and brown, in a tangle of branches and leaves where you managed to spot a most photogenic angle!
I just created a new theme, Exploring shapes and colours. Would you agree to be part of it, Avishek, with this picture?
This invitation may not be quite formal, but we've all got to start somewhere, somehow... ;-)

A good study in green. We have similar rainforest in eastern Australia. This plant is nicknamed 'monkey vine' here.

Very well seen and captured. Nature won't ever end surprising us. Nice colours..and shapes. Fits well to the theme.

Great concept and subject, well shot. Vivid colours, I like it! There's something a little bit 'not quite there' in the composition though - perhaps it's too evenly divided vertically between the two halves? Nevertheless a great shot.

Quite interesting and different too. You have captured nice shades of green and an interesting subject too and well framed.

Wow! The reliefs, sharpness and light of this forest's shot are wonderfully rendered. A pity you don't indicate your exposure and speed. Great work, Avishek!
I added this shot in my own theme, "chlorophyll".

Wow! The sharpness of your picture is wonderful. I like a lot all the green tones containing in the image. You frame perfectly this branch (?) in foreground. Well done!

Amazing result of the activity of the nature
which could be call "ArteFact" ( look like an human item but done naturally by the nature )
Explaination : could be at the origin the change of position of the sunlight which push the branches to turn together
