I really like the inclusion of the man on the right, especially how his raised arm frames the rest of the scene.
If you had taken a step to the left you could have included the whole wheel and placed the rickshaw wallah nearer the left edge of the frame to avoid the distraction of the disembodied arm and leg intruding on the left. In such a fluid and rapidly changing environment though, you've done very well.
