A great picture Laurent. I like the base made by the apples. I like the triangular shape made by the vendor behind and that dramatic gesture of his friend just adds a touch of drama.Regards Kevin

Very vivid street shot and a bit amusing also. Silver foils apart, the apples look delicious and that's one of the nice things on the photo.
Maybe a tiny bit more exposure on the shadows would be welcome, but since I am not using my usual display I am not sure and anyway it was just a minor detail.

I agree with the guy but anyway it's a very good picture, great composition with good colors and sharpness, your POV a DOF are excellent. A perfect daily life shot.

Tough lighting here, with the dark skin of the vendors prone to fading into the dark background, while the light on the apples makes them feel overexposed... i still think that maybe underexposing this one would have helped it overall... or maybe even going to black and white. But what caught my eye as a thumbnail was the title and seeing what you were referring to--very clever and well seen.

Bonsoir Laurent,

Encore un joli coup d'oeil sur ces marchands de rue. J'aime bien le contraste du premier plan avec l'échope en arrière plan. Belle gestion des lumière, c'est très agréable. Bravo aussi pour le trait d'humour dans le titre qui colle parfaitement à la photo. Belle image, bravo Laurent.

une scène de vie comme tu sais si bien les prendre ou le principal est bien mis en valeur, le marchand a l'air fier de son étal, une photo nette et des couleurs naturelles avec un cadrage serré sans plus et ca suffit pour faire une belle image

Trés amusant le personnage au second plan, beaucoup plus spontané que le premier qui prend la pause parmi les pommes. Trés jolies couleurs (surtout les pommes, l'arrière-plan est un peu sombre à mon gout) et trés bonne netteté.

Still in BKK or able to escape it's clutches & move on to Myanmar ? :-)
Good daily life shot, especially humourous with the man pointing...if you had cropped the hanging canvas, this gesture would lose significance totally. I didn't know about the silver foils..something very interesting, like they do with sweets!
