Photographer's Note
This is a picture of school children singing the India National Anthem. It’s a low light in which I am not good with my Tamron 70-300mm. However, improvement critiques & comments welcome.
(Certain things are difficult to define. I think an Anthem is also one such thing which is difficult to define. You cannot define but you know what happens to you when you sing it. An Anthem becomes an anthem when praise, devotion and patriotism is showered in personification of the nation you belong to.
The Indian National Anthem (Rashtra Gaan) reads and means as follows:
Jana gaṇa mana adhināyaka jaya he
Bhārata bhāgya vidhātā
Punjāba Sind Gujarāṭa Marāṭhā
Drāviḍa Utkala Banga
Vindhya Himāchala Yamunā Gangā
Ucchala jaladhi taranga
Tava śubha nāme jāge
Tava śubha āśiṣa māge
Gāhe tava jaya gāthā
Jana gaṇa mangala dāyaka jaya he
Bhārata bhāgya vidhāta
Jaya he jaya he jaya he
Jaya jaya jaya jaya he!
ENGLISH
Thou art the ruler of the minds of all people,
Dispenser of India's destiny.
Thy name rouses the hearts of Punjab, Sind,
Gujarat and Maratha,
Of the Dravida and Orissa and Bengal;
It echoes in the hills of the Vindhyas and Himalayas,
mingles in the music of Jamuna and Ganges and is
chanted by the waves of the Indian Ocean.
They pray for thy blessings and sing thy praise.
The saving of all people waits in thy hand,
Thou dispenser of India's destiny.
Victory, victory, victory, Victory to thee.)
Cheers,
Satyakki

Hi Satyakki,
maybe the comment above can be right, but surely it is an original and well designed photo. It reminded me some visual effects in the music video of Queen Bohemian Rhapsody.Just i would cropped a little on the left to exclude some half-figures diverting the attention from the subject in the whole.I tried a workshop, hoping you don't regret.

Hi, Satyakki
Very well-captured moment and composition. Different volumn of the lighting in each row of children makes your shot interesting.
Good work,

Hola amiga Satyakki ...
I sing in a choir and know what the emotion that one feels when the voices of all transform in only one voice ... the image of the children singing the Anthem is very interesting and the best thing is to see his expressions of concentration and happiness.
Un saludo y feliz noche.
