Hi Karthik. I like the shadows on her face, I think it is one of the strongest elements of this photo. I think it is great that even with the shadows, there is detail visible in all the important areas. I wish there was a little more detail visible in her headwear, but that may be simply because there was no detail to be captured, it doesn't seem blown out to me. I do like that was can see she is fighting the smile. Nice choice for b&w too.
