Photographer's Note
It's been a while since I posted anything in color, so I thought I should redress the balance! This man is working in a busy market creating a hanging garland for a ceremony at a temple. I set up for a longer exposure to ensure I captured the spinning motion of the garland. In PS I adjusted a clor cast using curves, then used it to adjust contrast levels. Then used didge/burn technigues to enhance the mans features. Then I converted to lab color and applied a monochrome gaussian blur to channels a and b to help disguise the noise in the picture. Cropped snd sharpened for TE.
I can't remember exactly where this was taken, so I've given my best guess, and will correct it later, sorry!

Hi, Morgan!
I see that you were trying to capture the motion garlan. However, I must admit if I do not read you comment I can't say if the thing is moving of it's just out of focus. Since it occupies a large portion of the picture, it looks weird. Then, due to the dark skin colour and dark hair the man's features are still quite unclear. Because of the movement and being 'isolated' by the bright thingy from the rest of the body the hand in the bottom left looks unnatural.
Finally the background is quite distracting as it interferes with the foreground.
Sorry, I admit it's an interesting attempt, but I can't say I am a fan of this image
