Hello Mr Gokhale,
I see that your kingfisher is in a nice position. Your object placement is ok. But you have one fatal mistake here, bird photography cant accept a "blind" one. Your subject seems to have lost that eye clarity and sharpness. That is the problem with us who are not using DSLR. Its beyond our control.You also cropped the bird's tail, So its a loss.
Anyway it is till a good move.
