I posted this photo earlier, but it turned out too bright, so I made some adjustments on it and posted it again.
The chickens are alive as he is carrying them to be slaughtered. Not a very nice sight.

Carrying chickens upside down is illegal in India. Its a shame this guy is torturing these birds.
If this was shot in Kanyakumari, the province would be Tamil Nadu which is in South India.
