The town of Kanniyakumari is located at the southest point in mainland India. Here you can see how the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean merge their waters.
The seashore Kumari Amman Temple, the Gandhi Mandapam and the Vivekananda Memorial are the 3 big sites which are visited by the hundreds of pilgrims which visit the town during the day.
Both the sunrises and sunsets in Kanniyakumari are second to none, especially during the full moon of April when you can see both the sun and moon in the horizon.
The shot of this little girl was taken in the fishing village.
