Photographer's Note
This man was sitting just to the left of a bank where I had just exchanged some dollars for rupees. He was a pitiful looking fellow, covered with some kind of growths. I was impressed though with the way he held himself. He had a dignity that I found inspiring.
After I gave him a few rupees, he gave me a blessing.
I don't know whatever happened to him, but I hope he is doing well.

Impressive image. I have seen a few people in India who have this kind of non infectious skin cancer. One time I met one the all body covered with those "bubbles"..
Have a nice WE

John,
Nicely seen...
Good Illustration..As Claude has noted you see many of them around. They are in their own world. I would have preferred to see a closer shot of himself with his expression in prominance...currently, the dustbin just takes the focus off...
Cheers,
Prem.
P.S.: I would exercise a bit of caution in putting money, as I do not do anything good to him, except that I may feel little above the ground!. :)

Sad sad state of a man John. When you're like that, I guess you really don't have anything else to loose. Great effort on capturing that sight. The pic makes me wonder about his life story! TFS
