The Sun rises as the Moon is about to set.
This shot is taken from Dronagiri village, early in the morning enroute our trek to Bagini and Changbang Glacier.
Our route -
Joshimath to Juma - by jeep
Juma to Ruing village - 1st day - trek
Ruing to Dronagiri village - 2nd day - trek
Dronagiri village to Upper Bagini Base camp - 3rd day - trek
Return in 2 days after seeing the glaciers and Nandikund

Hi ,
A post after a long time...Welcome back to TE. Nice post this, with good colors and a very romantic mood, but there seems to a blur in it..is it a camera shake?(1/250 can would not cause a shake , I believe), or a just a lack in sharpness?
Anyways, a good view nonetheless.....and one more thing, did you do Bagini base camp to Tunganath in the same trip?? Its quite a task, I should say!!

Hello Indrajit,
Nice photo you have here. You captured a good moment as the it was sunrise and still there was a moon. But it was my monitor or this photo that look less sharp. But anyway you done a good job and thanks for sharing this moment.
