Hi Kishor,

Good things First. Well this photo is a good reportage photo. Pulse polio is a major campaign in our country so its a good subject. Now even though the image is a bit overexposed it looks okay to me.
What really has ruined the mood of the image is the black border used in the middle of the image. It should have been outside. See how it crops the child's head and the lady's head. Its only a personal opinion. Its totally fine if you have done it intentionally.
