Nice picture with good prespective view: I like it!
I like the woman in the background: she seems to give the rhythm of the prayer.

A nice compositional try here...
The ladies creating a diagonal...
However, Lighting could be managed better?...
Still the clarity of serenity on the faces is amazing.
