Photographer's Note
Tidal Bore on Quintang River near to Hangzhou. This year not biggest in size but impressive. Occurs every month and is biggest on 18th of 8th lunar month. Go east 30km to see best part of it.

Lovely composition Marcin, I somehow "knew" it was from you. Subtle and revealing work. I am distraught at so few "acknwledgements" of this shot yet...I hope they come thick and fast because it sure deserves wide recognition. You chose the perfect framing for the occasion.
