Hello Lisa
I didn't know of this cable bridge in Sydney...more of my ignorance. As you rightly said, the landmark of Sydney is in the far BG, almost not noticeable. The colours in the sky is sublime...like the reflected light on the water as vertical streaks. Very beautiful!

hi lisa,
what a great place for a drink (or two) and watch the rest of sydney go about its business. your viewpoint is excellent with the bridge seperating the picture in two and its positioning leading the viewer towards the tall city buildings which are nicely bathed in the evening sun. love the reflections in the water from the lights. you have presented this very appealing tranquil scene superbly.

This is yet another of your wonderful photographs which has captured the light so perfectly. The combination of soft late afternoon light, your slow shutter speed and the subtle use of a soft graduated filter has given the light here a beautiful ethereal quality. The colours, too, are soft and delicate and contrast well with the strong sharp lines of the bridge and the surrounding buildings.

The only thing missing from this scene are some nice puffy clouds (that sounds gay), just realized that! where are my roller blades? lol
love the long cables wires, the way they stretch out the subject across the frame.

une photo qui mιrite vraiment son succθs ΰ plus d'un titre. La nettetι, l'excellente capture de ces lumiθres de la pink hour, et aussi ce temps de pose qui donne ce bel effet ΰ la surface des eaux. Un tout bon POV pour montrer ce pont presque au complet.
