Photographer's Note
On three island podiums on Colombo's Beira Lake, is the Seema Malaka, a Buddhist temple. Set on three linked platforms rising out of the lake, the temple has a small Bo tree & delicately carved kiosk on the two outer platforms standing on either side of the larger central structure. The temple designed by Geoffrey Bawa, one of Asia's foremost architects, with its peaceful elegance is a world away from the bustling capital, Colombo. It is intended for meditation of the Buddhist priests. The sight of these beautifully sculpted Buddha statues stretched out all around the temple is a soothing scene, somewhat incongruous as machine-gun toting military men patrol
around this lake which is right next door to the President's house.

This photo doesn't have the pixel problem of the previous photo and fabulous.
The work on depth of field that you achieved is something that I still can't manage on my side. I'm very jealous!
