The way of post processing pleases me a lot.
Moreover I like the scene - a lonely girl waiting for the bus and the dark silhouette on the other side of the street- it creates black visions in my mind..
Very good photo imho.

here again the b&w is perfect. And you made the right choice not using the flash, I hate most of the time the result with a flash.

Something scary with the man on the other side of the road, a serial-killer ... Yes, you achieved a mood and emotion in the photo.

This is a great theme ("TLV streets") and a great atmospheric serie. All of these photos are great, but I think that this particular one is the best of them! Great composition and framing, great light management, perfect choice of b&w, great moment!

go for that style - but maybe you can get more shades of gray into your bw pics by trying around with the settings of your camera a little-
