I am sure that while approaching the eye of the squirrel we would see the photographer !!! A beautiful photograph on this animal which seems to be become very familiar with the human ones. A beautiful luminous photograph and pleasant natural colors.

Lovely! I love the light in his tail, as opposed to the shadow of your note ;) It gives this cuttie a great punk look...hahahah...indeed, as the light does highlight every single reddish hair of the tail, it looks very "electric"....in regards of the colors, it is a good match with your blueish bike (or at least that's the color it looks like with the light).

What a cutie! Your shot is perfeclty composed and framed and I like your use of DOF, with the squirel perfectly sharp and the handle-bars blurry. The light in the squirel's tail is excellent.
With 75 mm, you must have been pretty close! I guess they are used to you by now.

I am always nice to squirrels - actually I am nice to all animals :~) - Nice shot with great light. The tail is phantastic. We have some in our neighbourhood and sometimes we see them early in the morning.

ils sont des centaines dans mon environnement, demeurant dans un endroit tout près d'une foret nous les voyons toute l'année passer d'une arbre à l'autre en se chicanant et en revendiquant le territoire, ils ne sont pas toujours aussi sage que celui de te photo mais ils sont aussi beau, tu as fais un très beau cliché, bravo.

Hi Pablo,
That is clearly the best red squirrel photo I've seen; love the glitter of light in his dark eye, each hair is distinctly sharp and the light makes him glow like a fire. As to being kind to squirrels, I'm happy to say that I saw no squirrels on Granada, where apparently they eat everything. Squirrels around here eat my strawberries and tomatoes.

Hello Pablo, New Year now seems that far away but I'm reminded that it was only two weeks away, I'm always late but I thank you & I wish you & your loved ones the best for the new year. The colours & clarity are absolutely amazing here, combine this with the light & the glint in the eye & you have something to be proud of. Maybe even hang it on your wall. No squirrels in my neighbourhood only possums, I'm not sure I'm that fond of them.
