If you have to visit one single place in Iceland, i suggest to visit the area around Landmannalaugar. In a few hours of hiking you can see many spectacular landscapes, incredible colors spreaded on round-top hills.
This picture has the same sight of this one by Vizion, only taken 2 months after.

Wonderful. Yu are convincing me that I must do a trip in Island. The blue colour of the lake anfd the palette of browns in the hills create an artistic composition.
