This is a picture of the "Crazy Mountains" in Montana. These mountains are named the crazies because they seem to poke up out of no where. The tree line in the foreground is the Yellowstone River. The Crazy Mountains are just north of Big Timber, MT.

This mountain range is remarkable . The contrast between the golden fieds , the white peaks and the blue sky is stunning . But what I like most is the fantastic effect of the clouds rolling upon the summits .

Very nice landscape shot with nice frame work...nice textured snowy rocky mountain in BG under the texture deep blue sky...

The wideness of the valley is giving depth to the composition. It is well divided, the sky, the mountains and the valley. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the mountains. The light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.
