Sunsets are much more popular than sunrises, But for the first day of the new year, sunrise is better.
In Toubakouta I got up early for a short walk. The sky was quite spectacular but the road just ordinary.

Hello Malgo,
You don't seem to have much need for sleep. Up early, search the internet in the middle of the night...;-) This sky and these colours made it well worth going for such an early walk, even though the road and buildings were just ordinary small town Africa.

Hello Malgo,
A sunrise is of course a perfect choice for the first photo in the new year. And a sunrise is often as beautiful as a sunset, but most TE friends prefer to sleep longer. I also can not remember having taken a photo of a sunrise.

A dramatic skyscape at sunrise as the main show with red warm tones enveloped by greyish cloud. There's glimpse of surrounding detail to complement for more depth. It's a well exposed capturing nature playing before your eyes. Excellent shot, Congrats

A sunrise is very fitting for the new year, but the trouble is you have to get up so early to catch them. You did a great job here, the warm and cold colours in the clouds are wonderful.
