Photographer's Note
The Majorelle Garden is a twelve-acre botanical garden and artist's landscape garden in Marrakech, Morocco. It was designed by the expatriate French artist Jacques Majorelle in the 1920s and 1930s, during the colonial period when Morocco was a protectorate of France.
Since 1980, the garden has been owned by Yves Saint-Laurent and Pierre Bergι. After Yves Saint Laurent died in 2008 his ashes were scattered in the Majorelle Garden

Bonjour,
I love the rich, saturated colors and textures here. The color combination is fantastic and the minimal subject matter makes for a nice, almost abstract effect. I'd like to see the entire pot, but I understand that may not have been possible with the surrounding area. The concentration of this isolated section works tremendously though, it's bright and sharp. Bien fait!

I like the strong colours of yellow and deep blue.Very miminalistic and effective.The geranium plant may be past it`s best,but suits the picture.

Bonjour Patrick ,
Le contraste de ce pot jaune aves ces murs bleus ne pouvait qu'atirer l'oeil du photographe . Cadrage parfait ΰ droite , ΰ gauche et en bas ... par contre , autant ηa marche bien pour la jare , autant il est difficile de choisir l'endroit oω couper la plante en haut . Je suppose qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres choix ?
