on a freezing cold English day who could resist a shot like this? All the elements are here and the composition so enticing and attractive. A captivating execution and presentation. Why are my footprints not in this sand! ;-)

Hi Maria,
Very apt title! A beautiful blue sky, clear blue water and soft golden sand, all combine together to make a very appealing shot. I would imagine this sand is perfect for leaving deep footprints in.

Hi Maria,

Hard for me to pass up on a beach scene, and this one is quite nice. :) The horizon looks to be an a tilt, but that certainly doesn't take away from the natural beauty of the locale. Even with the distinct horizon separation, I'm most attracted to the seamless transition of blue colors from the water to the sky. I envy your travel here, this looks like a great place for a leisurely stroll along the beach and some good opportunity to photograph a setting such as this. Sometimes it's just the simple things that make for the best of shots. Nicely done! Have a terrific weekend.

lovely colors, especially of the sea. The green water contrasts nicely with the blue sky and it revives memories of past vacations.
