Photographer's Note
The Boca Beach Bar marks the easternmost end of the 11km-long paradisiac Santa Monica Beach. It is the most popular beach on Boa Vista and by popular I don't mean crowded, it is just mentioned by all guidebooks and tour operators. It is not easy to get here, there is no access road, so in fact it is quite desolated. We have reached this spot as a part of organized jeep tour. We were taken there by a local tour company, Rotcha-Tours. This was the fourth and last stop on this trip. We had some extra time to relax there, enjoy a drink and a swim in the ocean. Santa Monica is one of the few beaches on the island which is most of the time safe to swim. There are waves here as well but not too dangerous. In comparison with other tours which we have seen passing by this viewpoint, the company we used offered the most relaxing atmosphere and plenty of extra time.

Hello Mariusz,
The inclusion of the boat in the FG gave more interest to this beach and bar scenery. Good choice.
Seems to me or maybe I just wonder if the light condition appearing correctly over this image - a bit of red/orange tint prevail, but that's maybe a PP outcome, right?

Another very nice beachscape with the waves rolling into land and the foreground well composed with the small boat and the bar. Also the mountains in the distance make a great addition.

Hello Mariusz,
For sure the red colour of the sand is reflected in the white boat, but the surf is snow white with no strong colour casts at all. This is my kind of beach with few crowds, a shaded bar and a sandy beach devoid of umbrellas, deck chairs, high rise condominiums and crowds. Tfs!

Hello Mariusz.
Magnificent composition with this beautiful photo, which transmits us the greatest of tranquility, on the beach nobody, in the beach bar if we see some people, the lonely boat in the foreground, all this gives me a feeling that a vacation here can to be too relaxed and outside the beaches there do not seem to be many places to visit.
However, the beaches and the clear waters are magnificent.
Excellent POV, with very good lighting, color and sharpness.
