Our first day in the Algerian Sahara. Our first late afternoon in the desert, admiring the amazing colors.
We are in between dunes. We've climbed on a rock formation to have a largest POV on the region.
Not yet in the Tadrart, our final destination, but the desert has already conquered our heart.

Hi,
Great light and colors. No "crocodile" this time but I like the composition with the shadows... and with these few points of vegetation.
Manifestement, un trek dans cette rιgion semble offrir d'incroyables paysages du premier au dernier instant...

Comme je me suis offert une balade de 25km(marche) aujourdhui, j'apprιcie l'effort qu'a coutι cette composition.

Hello Emmanuelle,
It is odd to see greenery in such an abundance when one speaks and sees the desert of the Sahara. The small trees are very beautiful when they are drawn to the hot and dry sands. Excellent image of the beginning of your trek into the once forbidden sands.
