Good photo but here is my take on it:

Shutter speed is too slow - at 1/15th second, it's not fast enough to freeze the movement of any of the monks. There is no point in this photo which is sharp. The point of focus which normally would be sharp is blurred due to subject movement, so there is nowhere the eye really goes to. I think it would be better to increase the ISO 2 stops and have used 1/60th second shutter.

Nice to communicate with you for the first time.
Yes, you are right. This was the first trip to bring the digital camera for me, so I was not so familiar with all function of digital camera, so sorry for my poor result.
But recently I am studying the mechanism hardly, so please try to find my new photo.
