I envy your ability to go walking nearby in these wonderful villages.
Exquisite viewpoint which gives us a great perspective and very nice reflection of the old mill in the stream. Including the stone wall in the composition was a good idea.
The shot looks very pleasing with its angle of light, and I think it's one of those that might be worth using a circular polariser on; I'm not sure if you have one. It would bring out more colour and certainly give you more detail in the sky. Could be worth correcting the tilt to the right, too! Especially in a shot with such strong vertical lines and planes.

The tilt is an optical illusion - well, not really an illusion! The mill walls are plumb but the chimney definitely has a slight tilt. If I corrected that, then the walls were wrong! Here's where an artist would be able to correct everything! Have a good day, Bev :-) |
