Great wrangell 2006-07-28 6:05

Nice Combination. I like that the swan is focused in the forground and at eye level, but it is caught 22... if you stopped down 1 or 1.5 the swan would have more detail, but your trees might then be too dark. I would be nice if there where no booies on the shot, too.
I've never seen snow on the highlands. Thanks for the new experiance.

Hi there, thanks for your comments! I agree with you on stopping down a bit to enhance the swan detail a little. The main problem was that this was back in my early photography days when I had a Canon G2 and didnt even know what stopping down was (!) and also the swan was moving so fast across the scene I only had a couple of seconds to capture it! But i totally agree with you!

Can I ask what booies are??
