Hello Jorge,
I don't think flowers are generally forbidden, as long as they are shown in a context of, for instance, a park or a garden. Pet animals are a different thing.
I wonder how many restaurants actually looked like this during Soviet days. This looks rather "retro chic". But this "illegal" photo gave you a revenge for the bad service. Maybe that would have been the most typical feature of Soviet nostalgia.

Cześc Piotrze, Dzięki za miłe słowa. Jak jechałam autobusem, to zauważyłam, że na drogowskazach na ogσł London było zamalowane na biało. Byłam głσwnie w części katolickiej, więc tam wszędzie było Derry. Na TE tez jest raczej Derry.
