Hello Russ - I really appreciate your input here and you brought an aspect of the shot to my attention which had not concerned me at all. Your WS works well but does the removal of the swimmers impact on the possible narratives perhaps?

What I do appreciate most about your comment is the fact that you see a possible story here. That was my intention. Seyed also posted a WS where he removed the couple and the swimmers but to my mind the whole raison d'etre and tension in the shot has vanished.
