Problem on photos not solved on all galleries
As we were asked to give the tech team, precise data : On my gallery, the problem of not adding points on older photos, started on 2011-10-26 at 4h41, with the last critique by danos on this picture :http://beta.trekearth.com/gallery/photo927074.htm. OR http://fr.trekearth.com/gallery/photo927074.htm And this continues, as I haven't posted new photos since.
On silvio1953 's gallery, I see the points started being added on his new photos on 2011-11-03 at 11h03 here : http://beta.trekearth.com/viewphotos.php?l=3&p=1327665 OR http://fr.trekearth.com/gallery/Euro...oto1327665.htm I hope this will help. Although, I don't suppose they 'll be able to go round all the galleries fixing problems. I hope the tech team will be able to fix it generally on everybody's galleries. |

Solved at last
Oops ! Just after I had posted my previous forum message, as if by miracle, the problem of points was solved on all my photos and I see also on Silvio1953's gallery.
I won't check all galleries :-) but I hope the problem is solved generally , after 14 days as far as my gallery is concerned. Thanks Paul. It must have been a difficult task. Marie-Louise. |

problem NOT solved
I don't think the problem was entirely solved.
Yes in the morning all points under all photos were at certain point updated. Also points under current photo are now freshly updated but I see points under second last photo are not updated again... These are the new points which were given to older photos after the general update of points. Seems not everything work as it did. I guess we need some more time for people to discover it, moderators to tell it to the administrators and after couple of weeks they will look into it  Example photo: http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Sou...oto1327856.htm counter is 60, should be 62 2 points added at 2011-11-09 1:18 were not added yet (it is now more or less 2011-11-09 5:20), although 2 points for a newer photo: http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Eur...oto1328665.htm issued at the later time: 2011-11-09 4:50 were already added. I can upload a picture (just did), but this notice popped up on the page just after finishing the upload. Maybe this notice means something to the techies at work on all those problems here? Meanwhile, some points seem to be added up, some points not, no idea whether the personal total adds up either. I hope these problems get solved soon now. It's been a while! Benny |
