Hi John,
this is a true work of art and indeed at first sight it makes us think it is a painting rather than photograph.
The colors are stunning but there is certain duality here: the boats and elements of harbour seems monochrome almost black and white while the sky and water are burning yellow and orange tones.
Brilliant effect, and the composition itself very pretty too.
Very well done!!
