Hi Craig,
Thanks for commenting and your interest. Photo was taken at a local golf course in late afternoon as he was looking out at a vibrant late afternoon sun. Surrounding the subject were trees and clubhouse buildings that did not do much for the capture. Raw. After enhancing some sharpness, clarity, I hit it with lots of dehaze. This turned the backdrop of the photo into purple soup. So I brushed out the backround with 0 exposure to turn it black. A first for me.
