Hi Noel,
You are right, a lot of people hate these Soviet style housing projects, not necessary for their looks, but for the fact they bulldozed down nice old homes to make room for them, and others hate it for the poor quality of workmanship. But I also know many people who were very happy to get a unit in them. It was a big improvement from the place they had before. From the distance some of these projects looks interesting to me, I am glad that you and John liked this view. Your comments are always an inspiration to me to post on TE.
